World Insurance coverage Associates LLC introduced that it acquired the enterprise of ACB Insurance coverage Inc. (“ACB”) of Indianapolis, Indiana on June 1, 2025. Phrases of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
ACB supplies insurance coverage to people, households and companies. The company is led by Corey Kunkleman, who joined ACB in 2003 as President.
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla supplied authorized counsel and MidCap Advisors suggested World on the transaction. Church Church Hittle + Antrim (CCHA LAW) supplied authorized counsel. No different advisors, diligence corporations, or authorized counsel have been disclosed.
